Location is good if you’re looking for a place to sleep on a budget nearby main pink city attractions. On the other hand be prepared to spend a lot of time in traffic on way back to hotel. The photos shared by the hotel definitely don’t show how it looks in real life. The room had bad smell, photo frames were missing from the walls. I wish the staff was more friendly, especially the ones handing breakfasts. I don’t think we would come here again.

Location wise the Hotel is in centre of the old city. All the monuments are near by the hotel. You can easily reach any monuments in 10-15 mins. Though the traffic might be the challenge in peak days. Rooms are good each room has different aesthetic style as well as staff is very cooperative.

Recently visited this property and found the stay, priced through Agoda, to be a good value. While it's a solid choice, there are even better deals in the vicinity that you might want to explore. It's worth negotiating for a more competitive rate. The hotel does have a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. First, there's no hotel parking, meaning you have to rely on street parking – a concern for vehicle safety. Additionally, there's no provision for warm water, despite attempts to address the issue. Ideal for those traveling without a car during the summer months, but if you're seeking a more comprehensive deal, it might be worthwhile to explore alternatives in the area.

The stay at the Pandya nivas was very good and staff is always very cooperative and ready to help at any time, particularly Suresh ji was helping for all aspects that we need as a part of our stay as well as the journey and moving around jaipur. Rooms are very clean and ambience is also very good. Location is good as Markets and Hawa Mahal is near by.

Had a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and well maintained.Staffs were very polite.one disadvantage is there is no lift in the hotel.its a comfortable place to stay with family as well as couples. Best recommended hotel.

Location is good (Inside the city) but they need little improvement in rooms as in normal rooms, they don't keep electric kettle, no wiper available in washroom as they half glass in bathroom. Only breakfast is available that too only aloo parantha, maggi, bread omelette and poha. Manager is of helping nature. Most important they do not have LIFT.
